Rates

The rates are as follows based on a 10 person minimum occupancy per night:

• Check in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check out time: 10:00 a.m.
• Deposit of $200.00 is due 14 days after making the reservation.
• Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
• Payment may be made with personal check, money order, cashiers check or cash.
• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or injury.
• There will be a $50 Collection Fee for any guests in addition to the number of guests stated in the reservation. The Per Person charge will also apply. Your group will no longer be welcome at the Chandalet.
• For cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival, a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
• For cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of $75.00 will be charged. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your first nights stay.
• A full refund will be made upon cancellation prior to arrival if Big Powderhorn Mountain is not open.
